Why are various news outlets so slow in noticing and reporting on this obvious story? FreeRepublic had this story a month ago, because I wrote it up and posted it up. FR had it first under the name and thread, "Open Judicial Mouth, Insert Foot." ChronWatch picked it up second. Then two other outlets breathlessly (but late) followed suit.

Because the press are for the most part lazy leftists. They don't care if our Constitution get usurped by foreign law, and they don't generally know people who do.
