Clapp said the bill wasn't so much a new policy as a "staggering" giveaway to big energy companies. Clapp can freeze in the dark as far as bob is concerned. Domenici needs to trumpet this failure all over NM this winter if we get the high prices I fully expect.
Bingaman needs to go in this worst way.
