The case against Scott is extremely weak so far, and nothing that they brought forth, wouldnt fit a million other men who cheat on their wives. There is nothing so far that the prosecution has said, that links Scott to the murder, beyond reasonable doubt.

Yep. What they needed to find, was Laci's blood in the boat. They didnt. I think he is guilty, but I havent seen any proof of it yet.
