You and the others may want to check out the New York Times' version of this
Court Convicts 3 in 1994 Genocide Across Rwanda, along with my commentary.
Not surprisingly, the NY Times chose a headline without the warning about hate speech being made a crime. Their complicity in campaigns of that sort against non-elitists such as most American people would kinda be a conflict of interest for them. <G>
