Many of the Iranians left and came to America. I know many here working hard, raising families and are as American as any of us. Unfortunately, they have horror stories the average American knows nothing about. Most were killed for not bowing to Islamic law. I know...I grew up in Dallas, which has a fair number of Iranians living there. One of my best friends in college was an Iranian girl named Saman; her mother abandoned her father (who wanted to force both of them to wear Islamic dress and turned into a fanatic practically overnight) in 1979 and fled the country with Saman in tow, settled in Los Angeles, remarried, and raised her daughter as a secular muslim. They've all got stories to tell. You don't have to convince me that the regime in Iran SUCKS. :-)

I like that..."turned into a fanatic practically overnight".
You have to wonder if this wasn't a plan to infiltrate our country. These men could have been sleepers.
I know of what you speak. I knew some that also quickly jumped on the jihad bandwagon almost instantly when they were so cordial and accommodating before.
