I will never understand why these Level 3 sex offenders who are the most violent and most likely to re-offend are allowed back in society. Especially those that refuse treatment (not that it works).

I haven't kept up with the Janklow case, jdege, but I have been watching the Sjodin case and have applauded LE's handling of it so far, and have, quite naturally I suppose, made comparisons to the handling of cases in CA.
