Don't you think Dean might worry that if he is lying, one of his "patients" might out him (maybe for big bucks from whomever), with medical records to prove it, to utterly destroy him? The odds of this wild charge being true are very low, unless Dean is a total delusional sociopath, because if true, he will be exposed, if he performed a considerable number of abortions.
