America, established by the the Founding Fathers in 1776, has ended.

Un-freaking-believable. I was going to be disappointed if it wasn't a 9-0 decision, this is outrageous. 5 Justices need to go, now.

In their day the Founding Fathers had some very serious political fights and hard fought elections. The duel in which Alexander Hamilton was killed was the result of politics and sour grapes over the result of an election.
To think that today the First Amendment gives more protection to a Larry Flint than it would to a Thomas Jefferson staggers the imagination.
