The only problem remaining is taking a laptop out in the field and getting those registered in the middle of the Arizona desert that are avoiding the Border Control checkpoints.

The only problem remaining...register(ing)...middle of the Arizona desert...avoiding the Border Control checkpoints.
US-VISIT is designed to register those entering legally. The turd world invasion in my back yard doesn't get that much respect. Those that are caught are fingerprinted, checked against a database of known criminals, and deported immediately if they come up clean.
