Sacramento -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger approved his budget-balancing package Friday, placing two measures on the March ballot that will sell $15 billion in bonds and require a balanced budget that sets money aside for tough economic times.

The GOP governor's signature came barely two hours after the measures won approval in the state Senate on a bipartisan vote, ending a week of negotiations with Democrats who rejected the measure last week as too draconian and too threatening to public schools and health care.

two measures on the March ballot that will sell $15 billion in bonds and require a balanced budget that sets money aside for tough economic times.

The first item is about bailing out bankrupt politicians, and the second item is worthless -- there is no state in the nation that doesn't already have to balance their budget.

Nonetheless, kudos to Governor Schwarzenegger for getting the two separated. That way, Californians can vote no on the bonds and yes on the feel-good measure.

From strategery to tragedery in won swell foop. The Democrats will go left to scare us into re-electing RINOs who are gonna put all the tools for socialism firmly in place. Then the RINOs roll over and hand it to the Slave Party to turn those tools into chains.

It's all so bloody obvious.

Yup. Nothing but one big conspiracy. That's why the congress has so many sessions. Takes a lot of meetings to keep everyone in the conspiracy pulling in the same direction. The Buildaburgers and New World Order crowd run the government behind the scenes. From George Washington on down, every president has been controlled by the International Masons and the Skull and Bones fraternity. Did you ever notice that almost all the presidents attended college at sometime in their lives? And they've all been members of only three or four monopolistic political parties? The International Bankers pull the strings. We're all doomed. Buy Gold. Horde spam. It's all about oil.

It is so bloody obvious, that I'm gonna pull the plug on FR, sell everything I own, and move out to Montana. Gonna live in a cabin with nothing but a couple houndogs and my guns. Turn me loose and set me free!

I'm tired of this dirty old city.
Entirely too much work and never enough play.
And I'm tired of these dirty old sidewalks.
Think I'll walk off my steady job today.

Turn me loose, set me free, somewhere in the middle of Montanna.
And gimme all I got comin' to me,
And keep your retirement and your so called social security.
Big City turn me loose and set me free.

Been working everyday since I was twenty.
Haven't got a thing to show for anything I've done.
There's folks who never work and they've got plenty.
Think it's time some guys like me had some fun.

Turn me loose, set me free, somewhere in the middle of Montanna.
And gimme all I got comin' to me,
And keep your retirement and your so called social security.
Big City turn me loose and set me free.

Look out CA residence. NOTHING is done within the democratic party without an agenda. If they accept it now, something must be in the works and of course if they are pleased with it, hang on to your wallets.

I'm gonna pull the plug on FR

Thanks to the Republican backed unconstitutional CFR, someone else might do that for you.

Free speech--enjoy it while you can.

I don't think I said that it was one grand conspiracy, Jim. It does look like what's going to happen unless somebody puts a stop to it.

I did send you material with which I'm working to forestall such events. You did say you would read and review it. It doesn't look to me like you actually did read it.

I don't think there is one conspiracy; I think there are bunches of them in competition. Don't you? If you don't think Democrats conspire you are forgetting those lovely memos that surfaced last month. If you don't think that a claque of Eurosocialists conspired to produce that "Constitution" of theirs, then you are forgetting that it is largely the work of Mr. Giscard-d'Estang performed entirely in secret. If you don't think that powerful people worked with eachother in common interest to produce the power crisis in California, then you clearly need to read this. Given that the same people are behind Arnold's environmental and energy policies as were supporting Gray Davis, how do you think it impossible for RINOs and Democrats to collude? You DO recall Dickie Riordan supporting Democrats, don't you? Gosh, where is he now?

Ask not. Better yet ask "what happens when we do"?

Turn me loose and set me free!

Does that mean you no longer will promote quarterly fund raisers?

If so what am I supposed to do with my hard earned income?

Don't do it Jim, we need your "sanity saving site".

What will it take to talk you out of your "loose and fancy free" attitude?
