GENERAL CLARK: I think Bush sould have consulted the United Nations and the Europen Union before capturing Sadam. This is a clear violation of international law and Sadam should be sent to France immediately. That's where Idi Amin spent is declining years, in Luxury in France. If it was good enough for Amin, it's good enough for Hussein
