I doubt from looking at that picture that there was any structural damage. Car bombs that take down buildings are usually pick up trucks or trucks, and those trucks are usually almost vaporized. Every once in a while car bombs go off in SouthEast Spain and they injure some people but don't cause fatalities.

NBC footage seems to show it didn't damage anything. Except for the car, of course.
