I tell you, if there had been no wife # 3 & #4 she may not have betrayed him. But then she may have nagged him to death and saved us the trouble.
Either way...GREAT DAY!!!

My first thought was that there might be some connection with the Times interview posted here yesterday, in which this wife said she was in regular mail and phone contact with Saddam. I must admit that my first suspicion was that the U.S. already knew where he was and had him under surveillance, but decided to arrest him when this wife released the news to the press, for fear he might try to move to another location.

That $5 million belongs to the Iraqi people. They could use it to take down more statues of Sub-human Hussein.

I did think it was odd that Saddam was captured on the heels of the report that his wife said Saddam called her and wrote her frequently.

I guess $25 million reward is more than she could get in a divorse settlement with a coward on the run with only $750,000 to his name.

She was probably still angry about Saddam getting a piece of ass from all his mistresses. A woman scorned.

Oh, great. Now my wife is going to be calling the 4ID and reporting my location every time I'm home late from the bar.

On the cable news channels its being reported that the 2 males that exposed Saddams whereabouts at least one was a close relative and had been detained in Iraq in the past 48 to 72 hours. Could that have been his youngest son?

His surviving son must be put to death. Hussein's line must end for the good of humanity.
