I just don't like the idea of treasonous democrats pulling me down to their level. But I suppose that is how discourse works in this century.

Fact of the matter is that the case for war (rightly or wrongly) was sold in good part on the WMD issue. So it is politically important to Bush that the WMD's are "delivered".

Wasn't a factor for me personally. I've been wanting SH gone since the first Gulf War.
