We have far too many lawyers.We have far too many laws. As absolutely everything starts falling under some type of regulation, people no longer feel responsibility for their own actions, or a need to consider the risks involved before engaging in them.

Lawyers should come with warning labels...
WARNING: May sue at the drop of a hat, pin, market, booger. May need no evidence of any wrong-doing or negligence, on the part of any party involved or any party that may be involved. As ALL parties are subject to offend or at least have lots of money that Said Lawyer may want a part of.
