It would be a very good thing for a couple of home owners to file a RICO against a couple of those people that held up projects. I don't like that law, but it might get the attention of some foot dragging people that live in apartments near a beach and don't want people to live in the mountains...just look at them.
It is what has been done by the envirowacko comunity to hold up needed work. Pay back time.
sue them and the sierra club for their last million dollar.
