The same analogy holds true for abortion. Girls who have not reached the age of majority can not take drugs in schools absent their parents permission but they can secure an abortion.

In Ct, these same girls can not get piercings absent parental permission but they can get abortions.

You following yet? The state is becoming a full partner in parental rights and the yahoos are cheering them on.

So you're using the school's prevention of the use of aspirin absent a permission slip as in loco parentis?
