Aztlan backers see Hussein capture hoax

Mexican-American separatists don't believe U.S. has Saddam

A Mexican-American separatist website, La Voz de Aztlan, is claiming the U.S. capture of Saddam Hussein is a hoax.

The pro-Arab and viciously anti-Israeli organization also sees a spontaneous uprising of popular support for Hussein throughout Iraq – a phenomenon unnoticed by news organizations throughout the world, including those in Arab countries.

According to the site, "extreme doubts have arisen throughout Islam that the released pictures by U.S. occupation forces of the 'captured Saddam' are of the Iraqi leader. Thousands of Iraqis, who knew Saddam, are claiming that it is one of Saddam's many known 'doubles.'"

Why would an American-based website produced by Mexican-Americans be so committed to the legacy of Saddam Hussein?

The Aztlan movement, which calls for the creation of a separate, Spanish-speaking state in North America out of much of the Southwest, gets its inspiration from Yasser Arafat's Palestinian statehood movement.

La Voz de Aztlan, or the Voice of Aztlan, called the capture of Hussein the "mother of all hoaxes."

Its website identifies Mexicans in the U.S. as "America's Palestinians." Many Mexicans see themselves as part of a transnational ethnic group known as "La Raza" – the race. A May editorial on the website, with a dateline of "Los Angeles, Alta California," declares that "both La Raza and the Palestinians have been displaced by invaders that have utilized military means to conquer and occupy our territories."

Hussein, the group's captive hero, meanwhile, paid some $35 million in aid to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers.

According to a survey conducted in June 2002, a healthy majority of Mexicans claim that their country rightfully owns much of the southwestern United States, while most Americans believe Washington should adopt stricter immigration standards and deploy U.S. troops along the border. The Zogby International poll found a majority of Mexicans say the U.S. Southwest "rightfully belongs to Mexico," and that Mexican citizens should be able to come into those areas freely, without U.S. permission. The poll found that 58 percent of Mexicans agree with the statement, "The territory of the United States' Southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico." Zogby said 28 percent disagreed, while another 14 percent said they weren't sure.

Activists who quite literally see themselves as "America's Palestinians" are gearing up a movement to carve out of the southwestern United States – a region including all of Bush's home state of Texas – a sovereign Hispanic state called the Republica del Norte.

"There are great similarities between the political and economic condition of the Palestinians in occupied Palestine and that of La Raza in the southwest United States," explains an editorial in La Voz de Aztlan in Los Angeles, the city seen as the future capital of the new Hispanic state – much like Jerusalem is seen by Palestinian Arabs as their capital.

The editorial goes on to draw analogies between the Arab uprising in Israel and gang violence in Los Angeles. It's the same thing, the activists claim. This is not crime and punishment, according to La Raza activists, this is the birth of an independence movement by young Hispanics.

"The similarities are many," says the editorial. "The takeover of our respective lands by foreign elements occurred 100 years apart. For La Raza, it happened in 1848 when Mexico lost the southwest at the end of the Mexican-American War and the signing of the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo. For the Palestinians, it occurred in 1948 when the Zionist Jewish People's Council gathered at the Tel Aviv Museum and signed the 'Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel' on the day in which the British Mandate over Palestine expired."

For all the demonrat disinformation about rich conservatives, alot of what holds conservative activism back is funding. So who is funding these poverty struck Mexican illegals? That is the question that needs a quick answer.

I saw pictures of these thugs attacking some elderly Vetrans at a cemetary on Vetrans Day in California. Of course national media didn't cover the event that I know of.

Does anyone have an idea of how many members this organization has? If it's 30,000 not much there to worry about if it's 300,000 then it's time to clean and oil old Bessy.

They don't yet. That might be changing.

Do you think that'll go over real big in this country? Or Mexico?

Aztlan will never be anything but a website ... for whiners.

Since the Aztlan people seem to admire the Aztecs so much, maybe they should all be sacrificed to Huitzilopochtli, a popular Aztec practise.

Ancient arts always interested me.

The last time the natives south of the current USA's once sovereign border successfully invaded Del Norte, the "Mexican" cannibals ate our tribes in what is now New Mexico and Arizona.

Until the Republic of Texas innovated with the .44 "magnum horse pistol" Walker-Colt and tough horsemen warriors called Texas Rangers, the nation of Mexico's repeated attempts to invade Del Norte in Texas and New Mexico with muskets and Mexicans, repeatedly the Comanche defeated the Mexican's war machine. The Apache tribes were chased around their country south of the nations of Navajo and Hopi.

The California native tribes were too laid back to defend themselves against the slavery of The Church from Mexico.

Mexico violated the terms of the 1836 treaty wherein Texas won our independence and again after Texas joined the USA in 1845. Fought to stop the cheating on the 1836 treatyu, the American victory in the 1846 Mexican War established the lawful borders by TREATY. (Mexicans may wish that America had simply taken over the Republic of Mexico outlawing Spanish, but we didn't want Mexico then or now.) The Gadsden Purchase bought and paid for the south strip of
Arizona, but America turned down Mexico's offer to sell Baja.

Those who fail to acknowledge the fact that the criminally corrupt Federales cum Fox are exporting their 3rd Worlders into the USA for decades are both fools and accessories to this invasion.

Aztlan is an excuse Trojan Horse rataher than a reason.

Motor Voter registration planned fraud is both the ticket to our destruction of our self-government under the Rule of Law and proof of premeditated corruption in our federal government. English is being disallowed as our society's official language confounding logical functioning of our English speaking American society.

Mexicans et al. have no rights to be inside the USA. Their babies delivered at American taxpayer expense should not be anchors by law to stay. It is by statute not Ratified Constition. American taxpayers should not pay for criminal invaders' education, but school registration should be tickets for the "INS" (whatever the Feds want to call their ineffectual policing agencies) to arrest and deport entire families to where they belong.

A Houston federal blackrobe ruled that we can not even ask the children or their families if they are in the USA legally; it is preposterous - that kind of ruling is one which we must change while we impeach and remove those judges.

Americans have the right to not be invaded by millions of criminals.

Mexicans et al. by the tens of millions should and must be forced to leave America before this Aztlan land/economy grab erupts into warfare as the criminal invasion reaches its critical mass. LACA will be their capital and gringos their cash cows; Spanish is their declared official language. Vice Gov. Busty Fats has proclaimed this seditious future. Only fools do not see this crime.

Islamist are intruding with the Aztlanders.

Americans are being swarmed by millions after tens of millions of foreign criminals as our own lives are being degraded by these criminals. We see this disgrace of our American society and damage to our lives. Corrupt politics is degrading our own ability to protect our communities' lives.

Many American blackrobes are complicit in the destruction of our American soveregnty.

Sedition "by order of the court" is still sedition.

Low bucks kidnapping is a favorite crime in Mexico. It is coming to neighborhoods near your children. What are you going to do about it? The "law abiding" subjects, living under the 9th's rule, shall live in a gun free zone, by order of the court?

Too many American Federales are bought off.

An uncivil war over Aztlan is brewing because of RICO Federales on both sides of our nations' border.

I have read that Mexican schools teach that the Southwestern U.S. is "temporarily in the hands of the United States"

So the US is Israel and Mexico is the ME

Why was the 2nd Amendment placed in the [former] Constitution of the United States???

I'm sure when the author's of OUR Constitution wrote it they could never envision this happening to us!

majority of Mexicans say the U.S. Southwest "rightfully belongs to Mexico

Scary opinion....this along with the African-American claims for restitution and the Black Muslim's claim for a separate state have just about convinced me that our MELTING POT is starting to boil over and soon someone or something will have to eliminate the heat source.
