I'm sure the little snotrag will be guilty, the only question I have is how they'll handle the penalty phase. I could see them deciding he wasn't as evil as the older dude and just giving him 50 years or so.
But then I thought OJ was guilty, too, and I'm pretty sure Scott Peterson did it... and don't get me started on Michael Jackson...

I think you are correct, anytime a jury comes back this quick it is almost always a guilty verdict. As for the furor this morning over the request for the definition of "malice" -- I think this pertains as to whether the jury will recommend that he be carried over for Death Penalty consideration.
