I'm gonna start a Breaking News thread today called "Verdict in Major Case Expected", which I will apply to some criminal act which has not yet occurred.

I'm going to start 10 seperate threads, all titled SOMETHING JUST HAPPENED SOMEWHERE which will be used as needed as events unfold.

And another thread, NOTHING HAPPENED ANYWHERE, in case they don't.
