After the name of redevelopment attorney Glenn Scotland - whose firm has had professional ties to the county for more than 15 years - came up in a political corruption trial last month, county personnel familiar with the lawyer expressed total disbelief at the implication, saying Scotland's firm has for years been synonymous across the state with the highest level of professionalism.
