When this story first broke, I too felt sorry for this guy. However you have quite a point. Its callous to drive under the influence. Someone could get killed. That said, this incident shouldn't be used for political purposes. It has as much bearing on Father Gorebot's political delusions as the Bush twins drinking habits have on Bush's tax policy.
