Nah, she heard Rudy is running against her and knows she will never win again in NY. She's moving on to plan B. If she's smart enough to assess the liklihood that she would lose to Rudy, she is smart enough to see that she would lose being second on the ticket to Dean, but there may be enough value to the campaign that it would enhance her '08 bid. If she thought she would win with Dean, I don't think she would accept the VP nod, as she simply won't play second fiddle again, IMHO.
