Doctor shopping seems to be far fetched to me

Maybe some unethical doctor would write script for $$$$ but shopping doesn't make sense to me

I can't see Rush goping to a doctor and trying to get a prescription for back pain without the doctor asking how come the docs who operated didn't give him scrip or asking how come he doesn't go to his primary doc or asking how come his precription wasn't renewed or asking to see copies of his records etc etc etc

The correct question for conservatives like us is: "Why should the government know ANYTHING about your relationship with your doctor?"

This isn't just a theoretical question. The new Medicare law also creates HSAs (MSAs), so lots of middle class people will be paying for routine medical care with their own money. Without suspicion of a crime, does the government have any business at all knowing about that?

This is nothing more than the Liberals manipulating the Court System to get a Conservative.
Just as I keep saying, the Liberals are taking over America through manipulating the Judicial System. It has nothing to do with right or wrong it is about control of the government and setting up their dictator.
The Conservative Republicans either dont know how to fight them or they are unwilling to spend their time doing it.
Lawyers are taking control of America and pretty soon all we will be about will be litigation with time to do nothing else.
