The rantings above (minus the references to God) can also be found on any Democrat blog out there!

Maybe they want to wait until a Democrat gets back in the Whitehouse? If they are students of HerStory, then they now see that you don't screw with Bush, but a Clinton....

My thoughts of this Daleel creep and FreeRepublic.

Please stop aiding this moron with the spreading of its intended fear mongering tactics. All are aware of its existence, interested parties can access its site. I don't understand why FR has to help spread this crap on a daily basis.

Stop promoting Daleel and his messages.

If not we are no better than Yahoo which we complain/don't understand why they do not prohibit or take so long to shut this islamic fanatic down.

And yes I understand it has been zapped from Yahoo for the time being.

How about some related questions? They help organize the thinking.

>>...nuclear warheads/bombs require an enormous amount of constant maintenance

Well written post. VERY believable, and reassuring. Thanks!

I used to work at a semiconductor plant that hardened
electronics so it could better withstand radiation. I
TOTALLY agree the electronics in an old bomb would be
useless JUNK after just a year or two.

Your point, while having some validity, misses an important element. Not everyone is as knowledgeable of world events and happenings as some at FR. In fact, many among the masses scarcely know where Iraq is these days and, at best, they get their news from the Rathers, Brokaws and Jennings of the world. This site has many lurkers and first-time visitors. These types of posts are useful to the extent that it demonstrates the true dangers of the world and it reinforces the notion that there are those bent on our destruction. Some would believe, as the Deans, Kennedys, Hillarys, et al, are constantly preaching, that the War on Terror is a fabrication by the right, the Bush administration, etc.

I don't intend this to sound pretentious. We all learn something new everyday, hopefully. The choir usually knows the message of the preacher yet they attend anyway. And, they hope that the first time visitor returns.

I'm not a fan of those people. However, your comment is inappropriate.

Heck, if you were in electronics, you know that there is significant "drift" in component values with simple age, in a non-radioactive environment. In a real high-stress enviroment, component degradation becomes a very real -- and immediate -- problem.

I'm not advocating nuking congress but if anything bad happened to the communist delegation from Rhode Island, I wouldn't care a bit.

I thought if they had a usable weapon they would have let one go on us in Afghanistan or here when we kicked them up into the caves.

They would have used it before now...we also had tens of thousands of troops on the border of Kuwait just sitting there.
