Remember back in Aug (?) 2001, that dope in a motorized hang glider or parachute who got caught up in the Statue of Liberty?

At first, on 9/11, I immediately thought about the hang glider guy for some reason.

August 23, 2001, 3 weeks before 911, was when the red flag went up:
