Where is the documentation that Ms. Plame was well known to be a CIA employee prior to Novak's assertion that she was an "operative?" Is she listed on the CIA website or something? Every reporter in Washington knew her; she and Wilson were hangers-on in the cocktail circuit. She's listed in the Washington "Who's Who" which was published last year at this time.
Also, if she's so afraid of being known, why in hell did she and Wilson allow themselves to be photographed in November?

So, could you identify Ms. Plame in a lineup based on the picture in Vanity Fair? The Who's Who entry did not identify Ms. Plame as CIA agent or analyst. (I remember now.) List the reporters who have claimed to know Ms. Plame works for the CIA.
