"Saudi Arabia has rejected criticism of its ban on churches, saying the Vatican would not let mosques be built on its land."
These people are unbelievably childish. I want to put up cross in Mecca. That would be the alternative.

"relations with islam are key to the next papacy"
In other words, keep appeasing and sucking up to allah and his evil followers while they keep on slaughtering the infidels.

Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, who recently retired as the Vatican's foreign minister, told the French Catholic daily La Croix this week that Christianity and Islam faced "an enormous task" of learning to live together in mutual tolerance. IMHO an "enormous task" should be "impossible task". - Tom

Why is being 'tolerant' always touted as a good thing? God doesn't tolerate sin.. Love the person hate the sin.

"Islam not as tolerant as us"
Talk about stating the obvious... True...but the "obvious" has not really been stated by anyone, either the Muslim and the Christian "religion of peace" advocates. I am so tired of hearing Christians tell us that and what I want so desperately to hear, is a high ranking Muslim forcefully denouncing the violence and discrimination done by his fellow Muslims.
HA!!! This strange silence, especially by the "peace-loving" Muslims is so telling. They obviously fear their own at best, or at worst, in silence agree with them and their evil tactics.

No, Eminance, they are not as tolerant, but we should still worry about the Trojan Horse effect.

but islam is the relegion of peace isn't it??? yeah, sure it is as long as you bow down and kiss allah's feet!!!
people (specially ggobermint officials) had better hurry and realize this war IS about islam and their desire to destroy us and take action to stop them or give us the go ahead to squash 'em or our country will be gone.
