No more voluntary lunchtime prayers for our U.S. Naval Academy; a tradition since its founding in 1845, and now the ACLU calls for separation of church from state and wants to get rid of it . . . just like that.
However did the republic survive?
There's to much prayin goin on!

My cousin's son is a Midshipman at the Naval Academy. At his table, he will ask, "Is there anyone at this table against prayer?" If there aren't objections, he then leads them in prayer. Trust me - prayer hasn't stopped. It just isn't being led by the Officers. But the Mids want prayer, and I've been told that all the tables still say a thankfulness prayer for their meals!!
So long as individual liberties are safe, we must continue to fight against the ACLU because they would seek to take those away, too.
I plan on being a soldier in this war this year. I am going to work very hard to get Pres. Bush is re-elected.
