Tony Curtis was Magyar? I don't think I can even picture his face....I didn't see much that he was in.....
You betcha, Tony ( aka Bernie Shwartz ) is a Magyar! So was Ernie Kovacs, so is Geraldo Rivera ( his mother is Hungarian and unlike his his brother,who takes after their Puerto Rican father, looks like one ! ), Joe Nameth, Mitzi Ganer, and a whole bunch of other Americans of Hungarian descent...me included. :-)
When he was young, Tony Curtis was gorgeous. When TCM shows " THE GREAT HOUDNI " (I another marvelous Magyar, BTW ), watch it; it stars Tony Curtis at the height of his masculine beauty.
