Neverminding the barbarity of the rest of the story, I'm always amazed at how disgustingly fat someone must be to be able to "hide" a pregnancy.

I worked in a neonatal intensive care unit for 10 years. This is not rare; nor is it even uncommon. Babies are born prematurely in the toilet with some frequency, then brought to the NICU by EMTs. And those hugely fat women who can hide their pregnancies are common, too. Oh, the stories I could tell.........

You don't have to be fat to hide a pregnancy. I've had friends who are thin and far along in their pregnancy's and no one would ever know by just looking at them.
