The invaders kicked the door in and they are going to get better quota's, set asides and tax free status than American citizens.

There is a "white" self-loathing...
------------------------
This has systematically inculcated in our educational system, our news, our entertainment, everywhere else until the white race has been battered into becoming suicidal.

But the plan effects Americans of any ethnicity. The candidate who expresses this truth without the tint of racism can win the election hardily - with massive minority support. Also, the corporate "right" has coopted the "left" which really has no interest in supporting actual Americans, for whom they have latent hostility. You can call the lobby the "corporate-left", a mix of industry lobbies that can't outsource their labor overseas allied with left-identity groups.Yes, you are right on with both points.
Mass immigration has depressed the wages of black low skilled workers even more than that of whites.
And pro-immigration corps give money and other support to left-liberal and ethnic groups who are aligned with them on the issue

This comment may only be represenative to the States where illegals abound:
For the industrial worker or technical that has seen his/her job disappear..the transition to **Something is at least a possibility as they collect their lives and regroup in a new job orinetation direction..their mortgage and family bills motivation enough to get moving.
But get moving to what?....here the lower paying jobs which abound are consumed by illegals..the resident American now has stress compunding as $$$ figures mount and is set against them as per time.
How many Americans are willing to work a shit-bird job just to get things moving..get some cash and work their available time to find a better paying job or new career.
In their tormented sleep..the immigrant grins at them....sleeping pills become a new reality.

I guess when others gain rights some people like to squeal like stuck pigs. Gasp! They may even get ... U.S. Citizenship in 5 years!! How horrible of a thing!! When and where will the mass-suicide ceremony take place of those who tire of their liberties?
To: Light Speed
Great points.
If the illegals could fill corporate board and journalist jobs, there would be no debate.

Excellent synopsis...

My feeling on this CJ is this will get a few illegals to come over from the dark side, but in general they will almost all stay in the shadows of illegality.
I don't think this is an amnesty because we are talking about getting workers to come clean and pay taxes with temporary passes.
Now if Bush follows this up with enforcement of the immigration laws, I will be thrilled.

Perhaps, but the current system of catching and returning 5 out of 6 is not a viable one in the long term, no?

I imagine the Almighty must be getting pretty chaffed!....
Illegals enter the country freely and laws are circumvented in enterity on their behalf.
The Almighty...well..He's getting the boot left right and centre from America...and to rub it in deeper...His law and appeal to reason are flung aside,
He is told .."This is the 21st Century...get with the program....we are not going to succumb to guilt..especially where money is concerened"

Denial of services and access to public funds works for me.
I can't stand the loss of BILLIONS a year in CA because of educating illegal's children. Then there is the medical cost as well.
How about Bush get us a voucher from Mexico for at least an equal value amount of crude oil?

Mexican illegals bring so many children to public schools for education that I am beginning to believe the females from Mexico must be born already pregnant!!!

Bush was the worst choice I ever made in the voting booth. I felt the same way about Bush I in 1992. Bush II has managed to one up his dad in that department. The Bush Family needs to be cut loose from the Republican Party. They have managed to destroy the last vestiges of conservatism in the party.
