See, here is where, if I was the governor of NC, I would use this judge's decision as a great motivator to round the illegals up and get rid of them. Part I: Station uniformed state troopers at every hospital to ask for "papers".

Can't round them up --- Bush is making them legal --- calling them guest workers. They'll stay and we'll pay for them. Obviously it's too unfair to expect the illegal or new guest workers to pay their own way, to pay health insurance premiums like we do.
