Duck hunting with an AK-47?
The ducks would have a good laugh about that, wouldn't they? The duck hunter 500 yards down range might not be amused, however...

I expect his wrist muscles to be very well developed from daily use.LOL! I agree.
Also, he probably has a braille typewriter. ;^)

BTW, when the cops arrived, they were not terribly thrilled seeing this bleeding guy (me) holding another on the ground at gunpoint.
If I recall correctly they drew down on me and ordered me to drop the weapon. I, of course, complied, making sure to put it down out of reach of the bad guy.
Even after they heard the story they were still all pissy at me. I guess the initial impression, them seeing me holding him at gunpoint, colored their impression. Only one cop there was sympathetic. He's the one that got me the ambulance, took the shotgun into custody (and immediately released it back to me after the stitches), etc etc etc.

Letters supporting a better-armed society came exclusively from men, while mail ridiculing the powerful gun lobby came almost exclusively from womenIt makes sense that the people who have to go downstairs at 3AM are less enthusiastic about going empty-handed.

I was just remembering the college years playing football with those cheerleaders on the bus... mmmm good. No weapons there though, so I digress. Sorry...

Sheesh, the first time those ladies get hot brass ejected into their lowcut fronts, they are going to rethink their range attire!
I have a cute little semi-circular scar on the left side of my decolletage from the last time I wore a scoop-neck T-shirt to the range. But my daddy taught me well, and I didn't even flinch.

"No concussion or fracture, though."
Are you sure? It sure would explain a lot!
(joking of course! The door was open to wide to avoid.)

What a loon! I can't believe all the women in PGH are idiots.
I'd like to see this limp-wristed whiner shoot a duck with an AK -- he'd probably miss a tethered waterfowl at three paces, assuming he could figure out how to load and pull the trigger . . .
And in answer to his silly question, my dad shot a burglar years ago, when I was about 12 (bird shot that he happened to have in his shotgun). I have "repelled boarders" twice, but didn't need to fire on either occasion. Which is good. I don't want a corpse bleeding profusely from a couple of .45 caliber wounds lying across my doorstep.

Of course they had that attitude. A citizen capable of protecting themselves is harder to turn into a sheep. If they can't turn you into a sheep how will they ever make you a mind numbed robot! They realized that you being able to defend yourself with a constitutionally garunteed right was a clog in the ultimate goal of the power hungry. The one reasonable officer on the scene probably still believes in "protect and serve" while the others on the scene dream of being a SWAT member.

I WAS going to post a picture Sorry LOL - I like the SBT pics because they aren't just posers - those girls shoot pretty well, and look like they know what they're doing.
Not hard to look at either.

Highly recommended viewing for all gun owners, non-gun owners, and leftist useful idiots. We need to start arguing the Second Amendment for the real reason that it was written. Hunting deer and preventing personal attacks are just great fringe benefits, not the real reason.

Many times, the sexes are also raised to think differently about both guns, and their ability to protect themselves. 100% of the people I have met who are queezy about guns and think their should be limits have just never been exposed to them. One day on the range with a co-worker, safely and calmly shooting targets, will gain us voters FRiends.
Daddies/boyfriends/husbands... Don't fail to take your girls shooting. They stay girly about them about until the time they hold one and fire it.

Since this girly man needs an education, it would be nice to have an e-mail address for him/her. I went on their site but not being familiar with what I found I couldn't find one. Therefore, I ask the poster, who would be familiar, to post one. It would be appreciated. Thanks.

You note:
Classic example of someone who quite literally doesn't have a clue about what firearms are or how they work, but still insists on writing about them, and expects to be taken seriously. This is your standard-issue ignorant journalist. What is it about these people who think they can write authoritatively about a subject when it is apparent they know nothing about it.
