Yeah, normally the Koran says: "If there is somethign affecting the global Muslim community then launch a jihad against the infidels." Presumably it also says "If you have an ingrown toenail or a stomach ulcer, launch a jihad against the indels." and "If you think the earth is really flat and not round, launch a jihad against the indels."
