Seems like this a part of a much larger re-election plan. There will be no way to stop this legislation.

Yeah, it's just as stupid as the "read my lips, no new taxes" pronouncement....it must be some kind of Bush family tradition to do whatever it takes to commit political hari-kari in an election year.
