I really don't have any way to estimate her IQ...maybe she tests well, who knows. But I've seen her discuss issues and she doesn't appear to have a very good grasp of many things, economics was the one that really jumped out at me. And if you have a president who doesn't have a rudimentary clue about economics you have a recipe for disaster. She doesn't have a prayer of a chance in any case...so she's just wasting money as she hasn't injected anything of value issue wise.
