The judge of course fell for the bogus no fair trial in Modesto BS of the slime lawyer. It is the people who can't get a fair trial these days, not the big media defendant.

Actually, I'm sure Geragos wants the trial moved to LA, since this is where his offices are located. Which would also be a plus for Gloria Allred (same proximity), now thinking of it, lol.

However, this would not be a practical move at all, not to mention how much this could cost the taxpaxers in Modesto.

Did you hear Geragos a few days back when he was on a program about Michael Jackson? He was asked why would Jackson have settled with the first accuser if he hadn't done anything to the boy? Geragos answer was; "Wouldn't you settle too if all your private body parts were being photographed"?

If that is all Geragos could come up with for a reason for Michael to settle, he must think Michael's (you know what) is so teeney tiny that Michael didn't want any pictures of it to get out. :-)
