Having just finished reading The New Jackals, written in 1999, pre 9/11, I don't think Laurie Mylroi is wrong AT ALL.
The book is meticulously researched and more than half the book is about Ramzi Yousef. The conclusion that he is actually named other than Yousef is inescapable. That he worked with Iraq as well as OBL is inescapable. That they all work together has been shown time and again.

Even Daniel Pipes says Mylroie is a phony. Maybe, but not in the article you linked to. Certainly he says he thinks she is wrong, but, that seems far different than a phone to me.

That article does not say Myleroe was a phony. It disputes some of her assumptions but also indicates that the prosecutors in the WTC trial were thinking the along the same lines. It also indicates that cooperation between OBL and Saddam was not only not unlikely but had occurred in several instances.
Perhaps you could make your case with more recent information about Pipes' current thinking this article was published only a few days after 9/11 when information was much more sketchy.
What is your agenda in trying to cover the obvious and numerous Bin Laden/Saddam connections?

The article " Osama, Saddam, and the Bombs" By David Plotz, Posted Friday, Sept. 28, 2001, at 5:30 PM PT was written a scant 17 days after 9/11. I would like to see Mylorie's response to this analysis by Plotz (who's he) and his characterization of Pipe's comments.
I read Mylorie's books, Bush vs the Beltway and The War Against America. She makes a very compelling case. Congress needs to launch a real investigation on Saddam's connection to both WTC bombings. Moreover, I am convinced that there was an Iraqi connection to Oklahoma City, i.e., John Doe number 2.

I've read many on FreeRepublic who suggest that JohnGalt is a phony.

PLotz does not disprove anything Myroie claims, he just throws doubt on it. Plotz again makes the strange claim that certain Islamo-terrorist would not work with others. They said that about Hussein working with Bin-Laden. Then why is Al-Qaeda operating in Iraq? We hated Stalin during WWII, but we cooperated with him to defeat Hitler. Why wouldn't various Islamo-terrorist factions do the same thing?
