Apparetly, we are capable of moving entire army divisions, tanks, buildings, munitions, and all else thousands of miles away but we are not capable of defending our own border against (usually) unarmed groups of people nor are we capable or rounding them up and taking them home, or at least enough of them so that the rest think twice before coming.
