When I came in from work tonight, Paula Zahn was interviewing that former woman Prosecutor from New York, I think, the robust blonde lady. Her name escapes me but she was on the A&E program titled "Who killed Laci Peterson"? She gave her views on the three high profile cases right now and her prediction of the outcomes on each: a) Michael Jackson - thinks he's guilty but a Jury may acquit anyway; 2) Kobe Bryant - thinks that the Prosecution charged WAY too early in this case and predicts a possible acquittal because of the "other" semen in the victims panties; (she blames the Prosecutors on this one) 3) Scott Peterson - she gave outstanding credit to the Prosecutors and Law Enforcement on their thorough investigation and their lack of leaks of important information - she says the change of venue will NOT harm the verdict in this case and she thinks the Prosecution has quite a bit more to present - she said this is the easiest of the cases and believes he will be found GUIILTY wherever!! She said she would have LOVED to be in the middle of this case. Barring a miracle Peterson is dead meat.

Dev - Julie has it right on this Professor guy - he is a criminal justice professor. The arrogance he exhibited on the stand when being questioned as to the accuracy of HIS surveys was astounding to me!! THIS debacle couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Alas, it will be some time b/f this trial starts, I think. Just look at it this way: that's that much more time Scott has to sit in a cell, until he gets his day in court! And when he does get it, he'll wish he had never asked for it!

Yeah Jackie - She seemed VERY confident about the Peterson case. I don't believe for a minute that Geragos has anything "substantial or ground shaking" it's just his usual bluster!! I too wish this would "get going". I also PRAY that something like Laci's skull washes up PLUS anything else that has Peterson tied to it. You bet that Bay still holds some powerful evidence.

You've been missing the fake poll story? Well, go back to Post 19 on this thread, by Velveeta, and read from there! It's unbelievable!!

While I think that the judge will continue in his resolve to change venue, we know the trial will not go to L.A., and I have high hopes that this fraudulent research problem will come back to bite both Geragos and his arrogant professor-witness in the rear end!! The entire survey was made up!!! Yet it was presented in court, under oath, as fact.
