I've been through Cheraw many times going back and forth to and from South Carolina when I lived in North Carolina.

You met and heard some folks from Freedom Village??!! That is so wonderful!

I met Dr. Brothers and a couple of young men from there at CPAC 2 years ago - Jan. 2002.

I shared a table with them, heard about the Village, and was just bowled over with their testimony.

Came home, and sent them a donation in honor of my late father who would have appreciated and supported their mission.

Thanks for writing about your experience.

I, too, returned from CPAC and wrote on FR about Freedom Village, and its service and the fine folks there.
