Just think about all the things you could do with a secured space like thatThanks for the info - a giant walk in vault/gunroom, and a full on concours standard garage, are long standing, but as-yet unattained goals of mine. Very cool.

There's a knife store in one of our malls and my son likes to go in there and look at the knives and swords, etc. Since we live down the road from Ft. Stewart, we often see military guys in there. A couple months ago it was full of guys buying them up. I've seen some of the knives pictured, but I haven't seen that wicked one with the long curved blade. I'll look next time I go in there.

Oh no, don't forget STORM CELLAR!
With spousal support, it will be a LOT easier to pull it off.

a narrower "dirk" like knife (Sykes Fairbairn or other) is better for sentry stalking. The Busse is more of a chopper. It's a big, heavy, thick blade - almost a short sword - and a single powerful thrust, or solid whack in the right spot, should have the desired effect.
As to daggers, Gerber got it just about perfect with the MKII.

Yep, I used to have a MK2, all black, with serrated edges near the hilt. Wish I still had it.

I just happen to have one, although the sheath is a bit battered.
Been to the wars, as it were. It's for trade ( or sale).
