Geez...with all this podium pounding it sounds like he's getting ready to invade the Rhineland.

According to Dr. Dean, that "Love your neighbor" stuff is Old Testament theology which doesn't mesh with his new found beliefs.

Furthermore, Bush should just sit there and take it like Job did.

Dean to Iowa: Drop Dead

he admitted he sometimes gets so angry he needs to be physically restrained

A temper tantrum by Dean only reminds me how well President GW Bush publicly responded to the tragedy that was 9-11. GW's ability to lead, and show the world his strength and resolve, under such intense pressure counts a lot to me as a voter, especially in today's world. How would Dr. Dean respond to North Korea? Or any other number of countries? By throwing a hissy fit?

Then, in a particularly ugly sound bite, the Democratic front-runner added, "It's not the time to put up any of this 'love thy neighbor' stuff."

That crap ain't in the Book of Job.

...although last month he admitted he sometimes gets so angry he needs to be physically restrained.

He needs a brown-khaki colored straight-jacket and jack-boots.

"If someone punches me I am apt to chase them down, and I need to be restrained by the people who know better and have been in the game longer than I have," Dean told MSNBC.

Wow. This man is really presidential material. The Dems have outdone themselves in dragging this one up from the minor leagues.

I am apt to chase them down, and I need to be restrained

Given Dean's size, anyone in my family could take him, though my 16 year old daughter would take a few minutes and my 2 and 3 year old great nephews MIGHT have a problem.

So many words from Dean, when "You don't have to get snippy about it" would have sufficed.

Dean's response was calm at first, telling Ungerer, "George Bush is not my neighbor."

I guess Mr. Religious Dean has dropped from sight again. Ah, Mr. Dean.....if you knew your Scripture, everyone is your neighbor, not just the person physically next to you....

There's something kind of disturbing to me about Dean, and that is he produces too much saliva when he talks. You know....like the nerd from high school days who had saliva bubbles coming out the side of his mouth when he talked? If I didn't know anything else about Dean, this one characteristic - bubble mouth - would be enough to turn me away from him!!

Should Deanie the Weenie win the nomination, all the Pubbies have to do is play video of this little outburst, and follow it up with a voice-over graphics that say 'Is this the man you want to trust negotiating with foreign leaders?'
