TV and radio reports state a helicopter was downed in Western Iraq, but that US spokesmen said there were no fatalities reported.

I will hunt for a news report link on this...

Apparently, an Apache helicopter went down in western Iraq, and the US spokesman said there was no information available right now about any cause or any casualties.
