See?
And you thought the mods had a lot of work BEFORE you put up that (...) Ha! Just wait.

that.

And who knew so many people were curious about Dean's wife?. Yeah, like a bad car crash.
To: general_re
I saw that thread. Somebody needs locked up, bigtime.

I saw that thread. Somebody needs locked up, bigtime.Yeah, but I think he needs to keep talking for now. Evidence.
I wonder if the Mods have a hotline to the FBI and if the FBI has a department for incipient child stalkers? I am serious.

WOW...

Just a brief word of appreciation for all you do to try and keep the place running smoothly..sometimes your work in trying to police some of the really vile threas reminds me of the scenes from CSI where the investigators have to climb down into the dumpster with the body to look for clues....yours is the virtual equivalent..a lousy job....

I've advocated (quietly) something like this for a long time; it's an excellent idea.
While I don't agree with everything the Mod Squad does, I know it's a thankless task.
And I've learned to take any anger about it out on complete strangers on the highway, lest I be suspended or banned here.

The only reason I come to FR is because it is so well moderated. If I wanted trash in the house, I would subscribe to Showtime on cable.
I don't always understand or agree with an action by a moderator, but I do take into consideration that there may be other things going on in the background of which I am not aware.
I appreciate being able to come to a site which is (usually) family friendly.

Can you please make a Laz-Moderated category? Some of my funniest comments are the ones you guys moderate away! It's a secret plot (I got it straight from O'Neil) to make us keep checking back for the latest "Lazamatazm" before it's pulled.

Will you be building a "Moderated threads" ping list?
If so, may I be the first to request to be pinged?
Thank you

No, I am not planning on doing that. However, they will always be in the FR topic, so
a browse of it every so often should do the trick, or you could turn it into one of your sidebars.
To: Lead Moderator; Glenn
Lead: I think this is a great idea. Most of us know the large job you folks do, this gives us a glimpse into that.

You have been
plumbing the depths, Mr. Lead Mod.
Perhaps the site needs a Zinc Mod to galvanize this forum!
