According to court papers, as high school students the three defendants had been members of the Friends of the Earth Club, an environmental advocacy club at Freeman. Friends of the Earth Club? Add the faculty advisor and school board who allowed this outfit to create mushheads at the High school to the list of those responsible for restitution.

See post's#10's tagline, if he (or she, my baby sister was a paratrooper) isn't more or less around the punks' age, plenty around him are.
There are good one's out there.

$204,000 could have bought a lot of land for these eco-fascists to dance naked around oak trees and cast rune stones to Gaia.
What these idiots want is for government to tell people what they can with their property. They're little Marxists pukes. Lock 'em away and then go after the Marxist teacher who taught them this crap.

I think the parents of these freeks are more likely than not to be hippie commie freeks. The rotting fruit does not fall far from the schmuck tree.

This wasn't protest, it was criminal enterprise designed to interfere with business (construction sites, automobile dealerships...).
That they are tied to a national organization makes them guilty of interstate racketeering. Bust their kneecaps in a way by seizing funds using RICO.
If the left will taint all prolife organizations because of protests (not even the murders) then lets see the feds clamp down on these criminals.

These kids aren't hoodlems, or spoiled rich kids, or ungrateful citizens. Then what are they? Did they do the crime?
They should get the max. And the Feds should use them to go after the ELF jokers too.
Time the gloves came off.
