Nobody played the race card on this killer's appeals? I thought they would automatically claim that the white woman he murdered had offended him with racial comments and that was why he killed her and that is why, as the vitim of a hate crime, he should be let off.

I simply can't imagine letting two black guys into your house, no matter how cold, without being very well armed when you did.

I can't imagine letting ANY stranger in my house unless I'm well armed. What on earth does it matter what the color of their skin is? Are you saying it would be okay to let two white guys in your house?

As others have pointed out, I can't imagine letting anyone in your house (any strangers) without being armed/ready to defend yourself. No matter their skin color!
