Does anyone here, or anywhere for that matter, realize that these people are not "journalists"? In fact, the Brits call them "newsreaders" (one word, I think.) Brokaw fairest of them all? Heck, all he does is read material written by others whom you never see. Would he have his job if his voice pitch were a bit higher and if he had a receeding hairline and crossed eyes? If these halfwits are held in such esteem, it's our own fault, I say. The arguments is not with Tom, Dan and Petie, but with the unseen editors.
