From the noises coming out of Geragos' mouth this morning, it sounds like their defense is that the baby grew (Impossible to prove one way or 'tother) and that it's just about sex (didn't save Clinton, won't save Scott).

I swear Distaso was reading verbatim from a post here about all that Scott had to complete in the 10 minute window Christmas Eve.

About the bogus survey... Did anyone else notice how carefully Geragos held himself away from it in the courtroom, even while using it to the hilt? He knew it was bad, but wasn't about to blow the whistle.

Schoenthaler reminded me of that guy testfying about the chad punching machine after the 2000 election! lol Slimeballs both!

I got that exact same feeling, when I heard the prosecutor saying how there was that 10 minute window for all those things to happen! If (just fantasizing) anything on these threads has helped them, I say, GOOD!! And IMO, they are welcome to it.

I really, really hope that Girolami himself very soon has an opportunity to question this Schoenthaler about the survey. I also really hope that Girolami saw red when he heard that the survey was bogus, and that it will give him a very jaundiced eye when considering whether to admit so-called evidence offered by this defense in the future.

It's human nature to not want to say, "I was wrong, I was being fooled". I don't expect Girolami to reverse himself on the change of venue. But I do expect him to look at the defense in this case with more suspicion. And I would hope he would want to get to the bottom of it all--since there is a possibility that lawyers, officers of the court, are involved.
